Copy formula down rows based on pattern

I am trying to copy a formula down that references a cell. I need to reference every 34 cell in row B. EXample: C5 needs to reference C66, C6 needs to reference C100, C7 needs to reference C134. I put these formulas in C5 "=C66", C6 "C100", C7 "=134". I then tried to copy these down the column but what happens is that it adds one number to each of the cells I have. Example in C8 becomes "=C67", C9 becomes "=C101" so on and so forth. What I need when I copy down the column is that C8 should be =C168, C9 should be C202.
