I know that when nesting the IF function, the computer will look intro the deepest nested function first, and then proceed out.
How do I know what the deepest function is, so that I can write the function in the appropriate order.

Unfortunately, that is determined by logic, so if you do not understand the logic of the issue, then there is no way to determine the proper formula. If you are unsure on how to nest the formulas, try spelling out the issue, and working from there.
