Array Formula Vs Normal Formula

Is there a way of avoiding array formulas over Normal formulas as Array Formula consume a lot of memory and make the computer go really slow.

I have used the Array F, it works fantastically however its really made my operation extremely slow.

Now I wanting to write a code to pull data from one sheet in another with the Largest coming on top.

I have attached a file using the Array Formula, however its giving me a problem as it makes the computer go extremely slow..

I want to have a similar logic without Arrays, have provided this file as a reference....

Please attach a new Sheet in the same file if possible...
