Lookup command reading user input cell

Hi,
I have a table of temperature from 1 to 40 in and in the next column i have the pressure relating to each temperature.

I have an equation that relates to different figures from the table.

If the user enters a temperature of say 10 into a specific box, i need the formula to look up what pressure 10 degrees is and apply this to the formula

Ive attached the document, i dont expect someone to fill it in but the cells should show you the reference points to help me with the formula.
