    Concatenate formatting question

    Another quick question for the gurus out there.

    I have a cell with a number and right next to it a cell with a text string.

    A1= 5,285 A2=feet

    Now, when i use concatenate to join the text string together into another cell B1, i lose the formatting and the comma in my number disappears.

    B1 cell display: 5285 feet

    Is there a way to keep the format when using concatenate or should i try to tackle this another way?

    Thanks

    Try

    =A1&" "&A2
    or you can format the cell as

    General "Feet"
    VBA Noob
