Sorting Function

Hi guys,
Is there anyway to have 2 columns. Column a with a percentage in every cell. Column B with sorting column A's data from largest to smallest.

I simplified the case. In actuality I have an external data source and the sort function is happening in a different sheet. Is there a function that will automate the sorting?

Assuming your data starts in row 2 on Sheet1, paste this formula in cell D2 on Sheet2 and copy down.
