    Nesting "RAND" function

Looking for a way to return a "Rand" value of a specified range(ex, 0-54) only if a specified cell contains data. I think it may be a combination of "IF" and "RAND" but I cannot figure out the syntax. It may also be better suited to VB. Case in point.... I want cell A3 to return a "Rand" value between 0-54 only if cell A2 contains data.

    Thanks Much!
