Entering Formual for a column

Is there any way to enter a formula for a named column? Currently, I have the formula entered, and have filled it down to about 600 rows, so there will always be enough room for my Estimator to work with, but this creates a problem when he goes to print the worksheet. I would like to have it somehow entered as part of the column name. Is this even possible?
