In understand the comments in this discussion, but can any help to make the formula's work in a calculation.
02:06:29 = 7589 Seconds
There for if you are comparing call cost and want to know your Pence per Minute.
1074.4 pence
(1074.4 / 7589) x 60 = 8.5 ppm
However excel gets in a mess and doesn't like the formula.
Any help much appreciated.

Multiply the cell with the time in it by 86400 seconds in a day.
e.g. =A1*60*60*24 or =A1*86400
Where there is a will there are many ways.
