    need help filling in blanks

Hi, I need help with my data. I have numbers going from 0 to 9999 on column C, and have data corresponding to those numbers on column D. The problem is, a lot of numbers in column C is missing, and i need to fill in those numbers and have 0s in column D.
Sorry if this is confusing, I'll explain below-
    What I have:
    0 142
    1 524
    2 918
    3 123
    5 421
    6 516
    8 345

    What I need:
    0 142
    1 524
    2 918
    3 123
    4 0
    5 421
    6 516
    7 0
    8 345

So the missing counts from column C need to be put back in with a value of 0 in column D.
I tried edit-fill-series to make fill in the missing numbers in column C, but I can't do it for column D.

can you make a vlookup sheet ?

Eg have what you have already as the lookup sheet then add numbers 0 to 9999 and v-lookup against the numbers to get values the do a quick find and replace N/A's for 0's ?

    Make sense ?

it's attached. you'll notice the numbers go from 0 to 9999, but there's actually only 5000 numbers. The rest need to be 0s.

I have to go now so I created this. The formula is in the column with the green highlight then you just need to do the find replace (inserted a picture of this to help)

    Hope this works !!
