Problems with excel an calendar and outlook appointments

Hello I'm new to this forum and I have a little problem. I have made a calendar in excel with a sheet2 where the data is wich will be transported to outlook appoinments.

My problem is that the date time isn't displayed correctly in sheet2, it stays on 0:00. The problem there is that the appointments in outlook start on 0:00
