Smile Two question, numeric code question and subtraction of two columns?

When I use conditional wizard to sum variables, the answer formats into a numeric code answer. I have formatted the cell to general, number, and every possible option cell format option. It still formats to a numeric code. It seems as if the numeric code answer is coming from dates in the equation like the sum of Dates > March 1, 2008 and < March 31, 2008. Any thoughts?

Second, how do you subtract two columns of numbers? For example b1-c1 to b200-c200 so that the answers go to k1-k200?

    Thank you.

I can't help with this question:

but the answer to your second question is to add this formula into cell K1:
    =B1-C1
then fill down to cell K200.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:

Could you give some more explanation on what Tuph has quoted, and perhaps add a small sample of your data and your problem ?
    Thx
