Listing Repeated Values and their Column Names

I would like to create a list of every number that shows up more than once in the attached table (range B4:O99). In the adjacent columns to these newly listed numbers, I would like excel to list which columns each of the numbers fall under. It is possible that cells can be blank.

For example from the attached :

I would like the list to output:
2 | Furans | Ethylene |
3 | SPGR | Sediment| Moisture | Methane | Carbon Monoxide | Ethane |

Etc...
