Finding non-value/blank cell where there is a formula

Dear friends,

I am facing a small problem.

ISBLANK function does not work when I refer to a concerned cell which consist a formula.

For example: In C5 - formula is there with no value.
when I refer the cell C5 with ISBLANK formula it says that text is there. How to solve the problem.

Any other solution?
