About LinkBackshi, how can I simply develop a formula that listed all numbers and finds the freq / appears of them, example:
1104
0114
4211
2134
1241
=
1104 = 2
2134 = 1
4211 = 2
keep in mind that all numbers need to be counted in a permutation nature.

Disregard the solution,
Wasnt taking into account the permutations.
