    Change Index/Match error?

I've got a formula on one of my worksheets that works just fine. I'd like to fine tune it so that when the error comes back informing the user that information is missing, instead of getting the #N/A (highlighted by Conditional Formatting), the user would get a message stating to check their data again. Something like "Check Routing!". I've used several different variations but it just switches to different kinds of errors.

Here is the code that I am using.
