Frequency of unique values meeting multiple criteria

Similar to my previous thread, so I'll use the same example.

Instead of showing the MAX value in my previous example, I wanted to count the number of unique values for Option 1 and Option 2 which also meet another cirteria in column C.

Example

A B C
-----------------------
Option 1 10 Yes
Option 1 10
Option 2 8 Yes
Option 1 27
Option 2 43 Yes
Option 2 28


So the formula would return the following results;

Option 1 count where C <>"" = 1
Option 2 count where C <>"" = 2

The value range that I am counting includes numbers arrived at through formulae.
