    use Excel VLOOKUP

    hi
    Am trying to use the VLOOKUP function to assign the correct category - Very Low, Low, Normal, High or Very High to the rows in the Year Prediction Type column of this attached worksheet. I really dont know what the VLOOKUP function is about, so could anyone please help me out????
    I've created the lookup table but dont know what to do next..... please help
