Group UserName with certain departments

    Group UserName with certain departments

    I have a spreadsheet of a call-log with columns UserName and PhoneID. I would like to group various usernames to a department. So Claims would have a group of 50 people and operations would have there seperate group of say 40 people. There are 220 people on my list. What would the best method of approach be for this?

    You could add a column with the dept name then use autofilter to view each dept separately.
