What to use instead of Countif's in Xl 07

I am having issues with office 2003. I have 2007 at home and I love it, but at work I have 2003. I need to use a function that is equal to "COUNTIFS" in 2007. Here is the issue.

I have collumn A that contains either AC or RC and I have collumn AO that contains either Yes or No.

I need to count the number of AC rows that contain Yes.

    I am losing it.

    Any suggestions?

    Try

    =SUMPRODUCT((A1:A30="AC")*(AO1:AO30="Yes"))
Note you can use this for a whole column
