Help - don't know what to do!

Hi Everybody!

I’m a newbie to excel and need some help figuring out how to get this to work.

Okay here is the deal I have a table located at AA24:AD27 – AB24, AC24, and AD24 have values that I need cell E5 to look at and pick the right column. Once that is done I need another cell E10 to search down the table column and return an answer from another column. Wow I have even confused myself with all that! Here is what I need:

Cell E5 is where I type a value let’s say 61.25
Cell E10 is also a cell I type a value let’s say 5.5
My table looks like this:

24 | UnitCare | <53.25 | 53.5-78.75 | >79
25 | LD | 5.5 | < 6.25 | < 6.5
26 | DD | 5.0-5.75 | 7.0-9.25 | 9.5-10.25
27 | PD | 6.0> | 7.25> | 8.5>

What I need is for E5 to look at the value [61.25] go to AC column than look to E10 [5.5] search down the AC column and return the answer LD in M33 – any help would be appreciated!
