Formula Return result from non empty cell

Does it applicable also to arrays of data?.... I have to get rid of those blank cells in between.
This is my sample table
NUmber______ Model
123 _________ PEn

456__________ BAll

I want to it to look like this..
Number________ Model
123___________ PEn
456___________ BAll

What function will I use? Please help.....
