    Calculate difference between dates

I am trying to calculate difference between two dates including weekends. But I need it an actual number e.g 4 days not 04/00/00 which I have been getting with some formulas

I have tried the date difference formula but I get the message VALUE in the cell.

    Can anyone help please?

    Difference Between Dates Problem

I am trying to work out the difference between two dates but with the formula's I have been using so far it gives me the difference as another date e.g. 04/00/00 when i would need it just to say 4 days.

I have tried the date difference formula as shown on this forum but I get the problem message in the cell that is VALUE.

    Can any one help?
