Hide users in Data Validation

Here is my problem, I have 3 worksheets
(1) Installation
(2) Commissioning
(3) Technicians
I'm using data validation to list the techs in jobs for sheets 1 and 2 and want to delete them from the list as they are picked, BUT I only want them to be hidden for that day and not from the whole worksheet. I.E. if a tech is picked now for job 1 on Monday they are hidden from the list on Monday which is good but cannot be picked for Tuesday. I only want them to be deleted from Mondays and hidden but basically the list recycle on Tuesday

Hi emussynski,

i have hopefully solved your problem, i think the reason why it wouldn't work was that each day was different, so i have used your formulas and placed them at the bottom of the tech worksheet, the formulas now change for each day, so given you a new set of "techs" for each day.
