    Page formatting help

I have worked with excel for a while, but new to some of the functions such as the simple hyperlinking and such. I have faired well with those, but I am having trouble with my page formatting. I have created a workbook, in which all the spreadsheets are designed to fit my monitor. What I'm saying is, when I open the file, I get a full screen view of only the cells that I have used. My problem is, when other people try to open the files on their computers, they do not get the same view that I do. I would like to confine what can be viewed by only showing the cells that I have used; not all of the empty cells. Is there any way to format the page so that only the material I created will show up on a full screen view?

    Thanks
    -Andy

One way to do this is to provide all users with monitors that are the same size as yours.
