Multiple IF function with match/vlookup

Hello,

I have a multiple if function, but part of the formula needs to lookup/match against a list, there is a list of users, these need to be matched against 3 depots, resulting in a number 1 to 6, i have tried to include either a vlookup or a match, but errors keep appearing.

I have attached an example with expected results.
