Conditional Selection (Drop Down Box)

I have a conditional selection/lookup problem in Excel where I am not certain if the "IF" & "AND" command will work as it requires three conditions to be met prior to outputting a solution.

I am at my wits end as I know it can be done, but I am no expert in LOOKUP/VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP. This is the very last step of our simulation program.

I have attached the Excel 2003 spreadsheet in this thread with an example on fruit selection.
