    Shadow Text

If you just want to emulate a "COMPLETE" stamp on the sheet...

    Perhaps something like this:

NOTE: This may seem like a long explanation
but once you do it, you'll see that there's really not much to it.

    Using the Drawing toolbar
    ...Create a Text Box
    ...Enter the word: COMPLETE
...Set the font size to 28, Bold, light-gray.
    Format the Text Box
    ...No fill color
    ...No lines

Create a copy of the Text Box
    ...Select it....Press CTRL+C
    ...Press CTRL+V

Change the font color to Black

Slide the gray font Text Box on top of the black font
Text Box...but slightly offset up and to the left.
The end result is shadowed text

    Now...to get a bit fancy....
    <edit><go to>
    ...Click [Special]
    ...Select: Objects
    ...Click [OK]
(the two text boxes are now selected)
    Right-click over them....Select: Group

Now they act as one unit that you can copy and paste into
    other sheets or other workbooks.

Is that something you can work with?
