Show active cells contains in other cell

Hello everybody,
I am trying to do something like big merged cell which shows contains of active cell I am standing on.

Egzample:

A1 - hello
A2 - how are you
A3 - I am ok
A4 - Thank you.

Question:

If I stand on cell A3, what must be writen in cell A5 to show result "I am ok", or if I stand on cell A4, result should be "Thank you"?
