Grouping Revenue,Cost,Profit Data (Pivot Table 2007)

I want to be able to group the data for each product by Revenue and Cost Items so that I can have a top vie of my data and then go into details as needed on each product.

The issue arrives that I can't group data, so I imagine that I must add a column to the row label section of the pivot table but I do not know how to do it.

I have made a clear indication of the data, existing pivot table and the what is needed.

Can I just create another Pivot table for the data not covered in the source data and create a 3rd Pivot table to merge the info?
