sumif with two different conditions

I want to sumup days by name and office
if it was only by name I could have done :

sumif(C:C;"sales";E:E)

but I need to add another condition for building too

Don't forget that SUMPRODUCT does not accept full columns like C:C ( ratherc1:c65535) and that all ranges should be the same length.
