hi this if function is absurd. look at the picture. cell G185 to G188 are supposed to be true and 1. but for some reason it isn't. all cells are in number format, 2 dec point. look at the function bar for the formula. its same as other G cells.

Excel compares the underlying value of the cells, not the number displayed.
If, for example, G186 is 852.0001 and H186 is 851.9999 then when formatted to show 2 decimal places these will both display 852.00....but they aren't equal. If you want to compare the numbers rounded to 2 decimal places try
=IF(ROUND(G186,2)=ROUND(H186,2),1,0)
