Assign Rankings according to values automatically

Here's what I have and need to do.

I have a spread sheet where I will document Tests. There are (typically) 20 Test Samples. On each sample, 14 different tests are perform and load values recorded. What I need to do, is rank them. The Load test with the highest value will be "1", the next highest will be "2" and so on. If the load is the same for 2 or more samples, they will have the same rank.
