Number of Working Days in a month

Hi all,

If i have cells that represent days of a particular month is there a way of calculating how many working days (mon - fri) in that month?

Also, can i put conditions on list. If i have list options of

Red
Green

Is there a way i can limit how many times Red can be selected. i.e. once it reaches 10 it becomes unselectable?

To now if it's possible to add conditional format I need to now where you want it and on what conditions.
