Changing values according to another data sheet

I have two excel sheets which are price lists for an inventory of products, one is the permanent list (Sheet1) and one is the price changes(Sheet2). They're organized in columns of Style, Description, and price. Sheet2 only includes the products which have changed in price.

How can I make Sheet1 update according to the new prices on Shee2?

The two sheets would have to compare and if a Style on Sheet1 was found with a difference in Price on Sheet2, it would have to change the Price on Sheet1 accordingly.

What is the best way to do this?
