hi,
i'm having a problem with a pivot table where it won't show other dropdown field values even though they're listed in the raw data that the table looks for.
basically, the dropdown lists week endings which are named after each week's fridays. the raw data has week ending data from nov. 30, 2007 up to july 25, 2008 and the dropdown only shows until june 6, 2008.
any help would be appreciated. thanks!

Is there a named range that is not including all the rows?
i've checked, everything's included and show correct cell formatting...
really don't know why it's acting up like this.
You might try to debug as follows. Insert a column next to the date field and call it "Date2". Set the value as =text(<date_cell>,"yyyy-mm-dd"). These will be string values with no possibility of a mix up between real dates and values that just look like dates.
Create a new pivot table and use Date2 as the single column and something else in the data area. Can you see all the date rows you are expecting?
