If statement bother

Hi, i have the following if statement:

=IF(ISERROR(INDEX('Master-1'!D:D,$R6)),1,INDEX('Master-1'!D:D,$R6)+1)

this produces the number of weeks someone has scored below 80% - column D in master-1 shows the numbers of weeks this was at last week, R6 contains a formulae to match the names of the people, and 1 week is duely added to the previous total. this works correctly,


... well almost, i only want to show people who in column D, on the "sum" tab are equal to or less than 80%.

if someone can help me with writing this formulae i'll consider you a genius!! Thanks for looking.

it's 8mb, and there's loads of sheets, if i start ripping it up there will be errors everywhere
