Paste special values

Is their a shortcut like CtrlV that you can use to paste special values? ie not just paste

You can customize a toolbar to add the Paste Values button (looks like a clipboard with a number on it).

Or you can use a simple macro and assign a shortcut, maybe Ctrl+Shift+V:

I find it just as quick to use the right mouse button in Excel 2003.

Just highlight, copy and paste special 'values' with your mouse.
