message appear in a cell if a user enters a number below the output range

How do you have a message appear in a cell if a user enters a number below the output range?

For example, i dont want a user to enter a number below $200, if they enter $190, I would like the cell to state "sorry, no plans are available below $200"

    Thanks for your help

    Have a look at Data|Validation

Select Whole Number (or Decimal) from the Allow menu.

Then select "Greater than or equal to" from the Data menu

Enter 200 in the Minimum field.

Then click on the Error Alert tab.... here you can enter the error message you desire to pop up.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
