Pivot Table percentages

Hi. I've got a pivot table with numbers of live employees, then underneath left employees. Underneath that I have a row with %turnover. Iwant to express left employees as a percentage of live employees. I have tried using "data as % of", but it keeps showing N/A. How do get the percentages to show please in the turnover box as well the correct percentage of grand totals ?

The easiest is to attach a file with some sample data. It's easier to find the fault.
But have you tried to goto the menu: Insert, Calculated Field... ?

Right thankyou I have used calculated field which works in one cell but how would I copy this to all other required rows without having to highlight each one? Is there a quick way of doing this please? Sorry cannot upload actual sheet.
