Setup data for Pivot Table

Hi All,

I'm trying to setup my data so that I can create a pivot table. I currently get the data across multiple columns (months of the year). I know that I can transpose the data but not sure how to setup a function that will bring everything over properly and without having to go line by line.

Attached is a sample of my data. I think I just need to move the 'Raw Data' tab into 'Pivot Data' and should be ok from there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
