    Question Average cells which meet condition

    I have been asked to produce a formula which will give the % of people in this list which have produced a green result (see attachment). Can anyone help

    Try:

    =COUNTIF(B1:B10,">=20")/COUNT(B1:B10)

    formatted as Percentage.
