Attached is an example. Is there a way we can achieve this without using auto filter and macros? i.e when i enter the date in cell A1, it should lookup from the range B2:D20 and show all the rows for that date in the range F2:H20.

Try this formula in F2:
It must be confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER not just ENTER...you will see { } brackets appear around it...
