Multiple returns for one id

Hi NBVC

My problem is very close to the one you solved here,
Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to use it on my excel,

Basically, I have 3 columns
Rank Product, Room1, Room2

I want to enter a product name in "H4"
And get the results in two different columns

result for Room1 & Results for Room2

Please take a look at the attached file, and how to solve it?
