    Counting cells that have turned green

    1. I would like to know if I can have a formula that counts or totals the cells in a column that have turned green or have a number greater then zero.

    2. I am entering data on one chart that populates a second chart that I then print. In the chart that I print all of the cells have zeros in the cell that I have not entered data, how can I have the chart not display the zero’s

    If you want to suppress display of zeros only in the table (as opposed to everywhere), you can format those cells as General;-General;

    Don't forget the trailing semicolon.
