Hi All,

I have a spreadsheet with a list of numbers appertaining to staff down COL B in a drop down. I would like the user to choose one of the numbers then in COL D of the same row the name of the staff member automatically shows. Can this be done? thanks for your time.

Thats exactly what i need after i can edit it accordingly, however im a noob at this, Is it a formula or a macro that shows it.

Hi Reggie This is my test version, so hopefully it will be easy enough to place the requires code/info into the version i am working on.

COL B is the employee number drop down selection. COL D is the COL i need it to auto select the name corresponding with the employee name. These are visible at the moment to the right. Hope this helps.
