generating numbers to equal #

I have a set of numbers.36 32 33 30 27 24 22 20 18 16 14 12 9 8 7 6. I need to know if excel can let me know what the optimum amounts for each of those numbers to get a certin amount. Example.... I need the number 459. It would give me 12 of the 36, and 1 of the 17 to equal 459. I worked it out with the if function but sometimes it doesn't equal the right number, sometimes its to low. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
