Get Cell Ref from One Formula and use in another?

I want to find a way to reference the values from a formula and have the results for another formula display simultaneously. The catch is; it has to work using different source columns, or multiple source columns, but always SUM the corresponding M column cells.

=SUM(A2,A13,A22) ... =SUM(M2,M13,M22)
=SUM(B2,B13,B22) ... =SUM(M2,M13,M22)
=SUM(C2,D13,E22) ... =SUM(M2,M13,M22)

I did read up on arrays and LOOKUP functions, but none of what I found addressed this particular problem. Any ideas?

i want to figure out how to add up the freight and cubes automatically when i select the sale items from the table/array, regardless of what column/s i'm taking items from.
