Show Cell contents when hovering over cell

If there is more data in a cell than can be displayed due to the size of the cell, is there a way to get a real-time preview of all the contents in the cell just by hovering over or clicking on the cell? Thanks!

Click a cell , then you can see the conten in the formula bar.

Thanks! I did notice that, but it was more for when the data was longer than the formula bar held. When clicking on the cell, it only shows me one line of the formula bar. I'm sure that's adustable??? Otherwise I was wondering if there was a way to configure a window popping up with the full contents of the cell by just hovering over it, I know I've seen it in other programs. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
