Table Value Selection Formula

I have attached a table that I want to obtain the value for another worksheet.

It is reliant on two other values in a different worksheet.

Term value is picked up from a cell with a drop down box that has a HLOOKUP formula.

The dollar value is picked up from another cell that is the total of several elements.

I then need to work out the monthly finance term from the above table dependant on these two factors.

I hope I make sense.
